Making a Booking
- Please phone to check that there is availability in the kennels and the current prices
- Please print out and send in the booking form which can be opened using the link below. If you do not have a printer, please call us and we will post you a booking form.
Open the Booking Form- Let us know if you want to use our Collect and Return service to pick up and drop off your dog.
Remember that for each visit you will be required to bring proof that your dog is fully vaccinated and that by making a booking you agree to our terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
1. I agree to board my greyhound(s) at Abacus Kennels on the clear understanding that, although every possible care and attention will be given, the owners of Abacus Kennels accept no liability.2. A current vaccination certificate will be presented to Abacus Kennels prior to admission of my greyhound(s) to the kennels and my greyhound(s) will be fully vaccinated for the dates of boarding. Intranasal vaccination against "kennel cough" is recommended but is not insisted upon.
3. If my greyhound(s) is/are not collected* within 14 days of the date on which it is due to leave Abacus kennels and no communication is received by the kennels from me, my authority is hereby given for Abacus kennels to sell or re-home or otherwise dispose of the said greyhound(s) at the kennel owners discretion.
4. I will be charged for the day that my animal enters the kennels. If I collect* my greyhound(s) before 1.00 p.m. on the final day of boarding I will not be charged for this day. Collection (or requested delivery to me) after 1.00 p.m. will be charged at the daily rate.
5. Should I decide to collect* my greyhound(s) before the agreed collection date I will be charged, and will pay, for the full term booked.
6. I agree that should my greyhound(s) enter Abacus kennels with an ongoing or recurring medical condition that requires veterinary treatment during boarding Abacus Kennels shall use the services of their own vet(s) and that I will be liable for costs incurred and this will not be covered by the kennels insurance.
7. I agree to declare all pre-existing medical conditions in my greyhound(s) and to provide a supply of any and all required mediation to cover the period of boarding.
8. All greyhounds entering the kennels are insured for up to £500, any costs above this will be the responsibility of the owner.
9. Abacus Kennels reserves the right to use video footage and photographic stills taken due a greyhounds stay at the kennels.
10. Abacus Kennels reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and prices with prior notice. * collect / collection includes delivery back to your home address by Abacus Kennels
